This is full auto cup mask body making machine. Instead of traditional manufacturing, instead manufacturing by manual, use PLC control system, easy to operate, save labors and space.
Needle Punch material forming, combined with Meltblown, shape cutting, nose sponge attaching to finish the mask bodies.

Then there is another loop machine for printing, nose wire attaching, loop stapling or ultrasonic sealing on, valve hole cutting and then go to the conveyor for stacking. Only two machine to have a full cup mask. Total different then traditional production.
